3. Newsletter

You can subscribe to my newsletter through this website. For this purpose, I process the email address you provide in order to send you the requested newsletter. The newsletter is managed and sent using MailerLite, a service provided to customers in the European Economic Area by:

MailerLite processes subscriber data on my behalf as a data processor. A Data Processing Addendum pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR forms part of MailerLite’s Terms of Use. According to MailerLite, subscriber data of customers located in the EEA is processed within the European Union. Subscription to the newsletter uses a double opt-in procedure. After submitting your email address, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your subscription. Your subscription will only become active after this confirmation.

The processing of your email address for the purpose of sending the newsletter is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. In order to document the subscription and confirmation process and to prevent misuse, technical information relating to the registration and confirmation may also be processed. This processing is based on my legitimate interest in documenting a legally compliant newsletter subscription pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every newsletter. The lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal of consent remains unaffected.

Fonts used on this website are hosted locally.

Although some of the fonts used on this website originate from Google Fonts, the relevant font files are stored locally and delivered from this website’s server. No connection to Google is established for the purpose of loading these fonts when you visit the website.

This website contains links to external social media profiles, including Instagram and LinkedIn.

These are ordinary external links. No social media plugins, feeds or other social media content are embedded on this website. A connection to the respective provider is therefore only established when you actively follow one of these links.
